You may change your reservation free of charge, with the exception of pre-paid rentals, by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or visiting our self-service page. In order to process any changes, you will need to enter the security code provided in the PDF document attached to your reservation confirmation email.
If your reservation was made via one of our leisure partners or through a travel agency (e.g. Expedia, ADAC and more), please contact your service provider.
You may request changes for a prepaid reservation in a location that is highly affected by the Coronavirus (e.g. Italy and specific areas in France) or in countries with travel restrictions (e.g. USA or Israel). Please contact our Customer Service Team to get detailed information about any changes regarding your reservation.
